what do people do to get themselves relaxed or to chill out.....

i mean i like to sleep, *laughs*
any peoples know any good chill out songs?

its amazing what peoples do to chill. some friends of mine like to take long walks and watch the sun set and some love to sit outside at night with a buddy.

how about you guys?

i sleep.. read.. write down my thoughts.. shop.. eat.. rollerblade at night.. talk to friends.. or just wander around aimlessly by myself.. list goes on and on..
