Just wondering, who is in one of their school choirs, take voice lessons, or sing in a band?

i was in an honor choir in 4th and 5th grade...u had to try out for it~ it was a lotta fun..but i stopped takin choir in middle skool and high skool...cuz yea...choir takes up a lotta time here..so yea..
but i really wanna take voice lessons and wanna be good as singing..when i go to no reh bangs...people say i have a good voice...and it would be better if i tried and took some lessons .. and~ when i sing when i'm alone...i think i sound way better than having someone dere...i hate it >.<
but yea..i knoe some people dat sing very well..and dey wanna become singers in korea...maybe dey'll use me as dere back up singers Ü and den i'll be "known"

i was in choir until 8th grade..... but then i quit~

most of .... no... all of the ppl in choir at my school are mormon... it's like the mormon class.... yea.. if you're not mormon you don't really fit in with the other kids in the choir class... they're friendly to you... but .haha

yea i'm more of a band geek than a choir geek.....

i used to sing in choir back then in kindergarten and when i was in grade 5 or 6..
now, i just sing in the shower..or sing when there's noone around me hahaha

Yeah I was in the choir all through high school.

Now I'm in a vocal group called "Uncensored" haha I'm the weakest singer in there but hey guess I just gotta step up the practicing.

I'm in choir. I've noticed that the band and orchestra get to tune up before they play and they get applauded for that. Also, Band always get all the credit. When the highschool music dept. goes to play for the middle school, everyone's all "oh the band and orchestra is so cool. but not as cool as the band." Hell, even I can't remember what the hell the choir sang when I was in middle school.

i was in choir in 8th grade.. which was really cool cuz you had to audition... and i was the only person who made it that wasn`t in choir the 2 years before... =D

but the teacher was SO mean... i was in geometry and there was only one class in 6th period... which was the same period as the choir... so i had to do choir on my own time... but she was mean to me... >_< so i didn`t try out for freshmen year... and then i made cheer for sophomore year... so i didn`t try out again... i think for junior and senior year.. if i have time in my schedule... i`ll try out again

and i`ve had voice lessons like throughout my life... haha... i think i`m going to take it up again... especially since they can pick me up and stuff... yay~

and i was in the worship team at church for a while... but i didn`t go in a long time so... yah...

omgoodness.. i joined chorus this year for my school and it was nothing close to my expectations - this past spring concert we sang a song written by King Henry VIII, a horribly-written 50's medley, a bunch of old country songs, and some other rather strange songs
i've also been on my church praise team for a few years now

what's everyone's voice part? Preferred or the one the director makes you sing at or whatever hehe. (i know there's a difference in my case)

i was in a choir when i was a fifth grader. i could of been in the choir when i started high school, but then i didnt want to be in it. i kinda regret it now. but owells what i can do?

no because u basically choose between choir and orchestra or band... i picked orchestra. plus our skool choir sux.. we have lyk no1 in it.. but i'm going to a different hs next year so i'm going to join the women's group itz lyk an after skool choir for grlz only~

i was into choir because racer_ladi_moon said that if i really wanted to become a korean singer then i should join choir cause it really helps my voice, so i did, i regret ever signing for choir it sucks!!!!!

Imma second/first soprano... but you probably already know that... I love to sing... I've been singing in choir ever since 5th grade... Oh my, it's been a long time... 5 years...

I just don't know if I can do it next year... *sighs* My schedule doesn't fit... humph...
