uhhh you dont know?? the creator got sued by metallica. that was a bummer..

but i dunt know how kazaa is ever going to get sued. they have it set up all over tha worl, but the US. so US cant do anything about it. the head of kazaa is somewhere in australia or something, so its going to be nearly impossible to shut them down.

did you know napster will be coming back i think in 2004 fall? i dont remember. but they were bought from roxio the easy cd creator company. hopefully it is still free.

lars ulrich of metallica sued napster.
Suing kazaa would not shut it down because it does not have a song database like napster did.
