Denial... (revised)

(It seemed that people werent really reading my poem in the litterature section, so i guess ill post it here... Tell me what u think!!!)

Authors Note: (I wrote this over a 7 day period... It's just about a guy who falls in love with his friend.... then gets shot down...)

::Denial::

We were the best of enemies
We were the worst of friends
But thats over now, our hatred amends
You were all by yourself
Staring up at the sky
You were gazing at me
Your beautiful face beginning to cry
We sat together under the stars
Your face struck by the moons fair light
Our love for eachother growing in our hearts
Weeks went by we saw eachother
Denying what happend
But knew in our hearts that we had loved eachother
We saw eachother when we could
Even in the dark by her house I stood
School the next morning was all but a blur
After I layed my eyes upon her
Gliding down the halls in a heavanly fasion
My heart full of wonder and passion
She approached me very slowly
And said to me softly
"I love you"
"I love you too" I said calmly
Now we were together,wholy and true
Bound together with words "I love you"
Many times we sat together
Through good, fair and bad weather
For many months we shared our love
Of eachother we couldn't get enough
It was her birthday, the candles were lit
By the spring did we sit
The waters clear aura affecting us both
Her brown eyes lighting the dark pool
I stared at those eyes what seemed like forever
I knew we would be together forever
I lowered my head a little but more
And pressed my lips gently against yours
We shared that kiss for eternity and more
The party was over it was time to leave
The air cold, noisy and breezed
I didn't mind too much springs harsh rain
As long as I can see her face again
I had a dream that night I couldn't describe
I was there with her looking up at the sky
Except we werent alone
There was a stranger
Next to her he began to linger
I cried out to her
Then I awoke
I knew it was an omen
A premonition of things to come
