Special Training
When I workout on the punching bag or my martial arts I use special weights, such as 50 lb vest, 5 lb ankle weights, and 3 lb wrist weights. My friend said that can hurt me. Is there any fact in what he said?

Ankle weights are good if you're just walking around with. But if you start kickings with them , or even running with them you could seriously injure you're knees. As for weight vest and wrist weights, i have no idea.
