www.bodyforlife.com

they have this regimen that you follow for 12 weeks, a friend of my brother did it and it worked really well for him, and now my brother's doing it too. It will help you lose weight and bulid muscle too. They show pictures of people who followed the program and they went through total changes. good luck with your weight training.

no problem, I think I'm going to start this program sometime soon, but I need to devise a way to actually implement this as a plan and follow it through. One potential issue with this program is that they recommend you take shakes as meal replacements, and the shake mix that they recommend is like $50 for 40 servings, and you take at least 1 or 2 shakes a day (out of recommended 6 meals a day, you should eat more, smaller meals a day to keep your metabolism up, and drink plenty of water too, for those who don't know), so it can be expensive, but in the end it may be worth it. Even still, the site has good tips about how to eat, how to lift, and how to excercise.

yeah the EAS products that Bill phillips recommends is a bit pricey..still quality stuff tho. However, if you are a student like me or have a tight budget, go with ProLab. $30-35 for 70 servings.

the Body For Life program is actually geared moer towards overweight people trying to lose fat. If you are looking to gain serious mass, check otu www.musclegaintips.com - which essentially is a modified version of the body for life, except much more indepth for those who are serious.
You dont need to buy this program, cuz really all the crucial information is presented as is on the page.
the stuff works
