silence
have you ever been in complete silence? I mean COMPLETE silence. right now i hear my computer humming and a clock ticking on my wall.
When I go outdoors I can hear the wind brushing the trees, i can hear cars and planes passing by, and i can hear the birds.
Indoors there is always the drone of the refrigerator, a clock ticking, water flowing through pipes, the walls creaking.
I've realized that i have never in my life been in silence. The entire world is covered with noise.
