yup, I did is this Wednesday... it was really surprising to me... I did it while I was giving my speech on hate crimes too... when I was running through my speech before I gave it to the class, I didn't cry and I didn't feel like I was gonna cry at all... buh when I got up there and said, "when I was in elementary school..." I covered my face and started crying... there was a long silence in the classroom and everyone just looked at me... I knew I had to go on with the speech so I tried to talk... buh through the whole thing after I cried, I was sniffing and wiping my tears... haha... it was so surprising...

I do a lot, but sometimes my salvation from that darkness is knowing that by this time next year I'll be in college.
*knock on wood*

Edit: Upon rereading the original post I don't randomly break out and cry, just get mildly depressed.

If you have chemical imbalances in your brain you might cry a lot after little or no provocation.

If there isn't though, its probably built up because of something else. If you haven't cried for a long time either, it happens. I know I cry out of nowhere sometimes, but a guys cry. The silent one but with tears. That's for my own personal reasons though.
