you can buy a 95 civic cx hatchback, drop a b16a2 or b18c into it, and some small mods in it for all under 10000. well like 9900, haha. it'll smoke

ima take a guess but i dont think you're one of those car enthusiast types where you would actually go about swappin engines n stuff... that said

for 10 g's..forget luxury.

remember.. more reliable cars with tons of miles and a shitty car with virtually no miles can both cost you ten grand. just the way it is.
