omg ur soo lucky so can u get ur liscense right wen u turn 16 there?? In pa i think its like 6 months after ur 16th b day. And my friend said that for people born in 87 and over u have to wait till ur 18 for ur license!!!!!! I better not!!!!!! I will be sooooooo mad!! haha I hope hes wrong soo bad!! newayz happy b day!!!!! and I wish I could go shopping with u!!!!

good for you!! i'm still a LONG way from getting a license in singapore...its SO HARD here...they are SO STRICT!!! -_-!@#!@

but if i do get a license here, its an international one, so i can drive anywhere in the world!! [cos i've passed the WORST driving test]

we're allowed to miss 20 on the driving test and 10 on the written one. both have to pass with an 80%

I moved from a province that let's us get our license at the age of 16, but I was 17 when I got my license and it was six months before I graduated high school and go on to university. Since I registered for a university that was out of province, we moved where I currently live now.

The crappy part is that I learned that they do a graduated system in this province, and if I change my licence, I lose my FULL licence that I have now, and I have to change it to an "almost" full driver status, because i wasn't "experienced" enough.

Damn bastards... I don't wanna give up my full licence!
