sweatshops

DO you think sweat shops are necessary and fair?

I think we should still have them because though they get paid very little they still provide jobs to people who arn't qualified for good paying ones.

i don't think they are necessary in the aspect that if we employed our own people it'd be more expensive but then we'd lower the unemployment rate and such, and we can produce in america if we wanted to so it's not a necessity.

And, as for it being fair...hmm that depends on how you look at it. Sure, we are taking advantage of other countries...but it is unfair in the aspect that we are making it more difficult for higher paying jobs to arise. I don't like them, but what can you do once it's been started?

my grandma works at a sweatshop ..

for the work she does .. i think she deserves more pay . -_-
