It depends. It could be several things depending on what happens

usually the head, specifically (usually first is ) hair, or the face, then the rest of the body, in no particular order.

Umm, I'm thinking that the first thing a guy notices is something that looks really bad or something that looks really good... Like, if her clothes are really nice or if she has a huge ass zit on her nose... Right?

I mean, I don't think it's really any different from what girls look at first... For me, I always look at what the guy is wearing first...
