wacom tablet is a digital drawing pad, so i guess u could kinda say its hand drawn

mm...lucky u got a wacom. nice colorin but i think his pose looks kinda funny, maybe is just me but i have the idea how u probably wanted his pose but i unno, looks kinda weird.neways good job
