Tell Me Something

I just watched this movie and I'm sort of confused about it.. If you didn't already see this movie and want to, don't read on cos I'm 'bout to give away the ending..

So my confusion lies in the killer.. being ..who?
Seungmin was the friend from childhood, and Suyeon was the killer? Or were they both?
And the last body.. in the case was Yonghoon..?

AHhh.. I think was just too tired when I saw this .. maybe i'll watch it again..

I didn't think that it was so obscure, it was in the new release section of Blockbuster...
Someone want to go rent it an help me out?! (btw: It's subtitled because it's a Korean film.)
