fruit roll ups

why do fruit rolls ups come with instructions? i'm no rocket scientist but i think i know enough to know that you have to peel the wax away from the fruit roll ups before you eat it.... :huh:

Kinda like when you get a new hair dryer, they say something like, "Do not use when asleep." for real. So if some idiot didn't know that you're not supposed to eat the plastic wrap...they could go at it step by step.
