buh anyways, whenever my stomach hurts, I like to be left alone and I'm really quiet... I just hold my stomach and try to sit down and relax... I don't blow up in anyone's face at all... :huh:

PUAHAHAHA... im sorry to hear that... lets just say ive had a similar experience...

me and a friend were choosing a movie at blockbuster once... it was me, him, and a nooh nah that came with us to pick a movie... oddly she didn't come in to pick the movie with us... so we just went in and were taking a while to pick a movie... we just couldn't decide between event horizon and another movie (i ferget) well while we were debating over the movies she walks in... she looks pretty peeved... she walks right up to us and starts yelling
"WHAT THE HELL IS TAKING SO DAMN LONG!!! HURRY UP!!!" she yells this in a full store without any shame at all... it was pretty scary... since then... i was scared shitless...

can someone explain the process of pms? i know its happens to many girls after puberty and you get mood-swings at a specific time in the month but i dont know why and how it's connected to periods. sorry for asking but i want to be informative.

in health we learned that girls get PMS cuz rite b4 their period their levels of the hormone estrogen and maib another? are particularly low so they are really touchy and moody. i get PMS. i can alwaize tell wen i'm about to get it cuz i just get peeved at the littlest things and it seems like mai patience is short. i'll get realli frustrated and yell a lot and pplz are like "yep we noe it's that time" -__-;; at least i dun get cramps
