i need help working out

ok i've recently gotten lazy and gained back some extra unwanted flab that i want to burn off. whats the easiest and fastest way to get rid of it? i've tried curl ups and leg ups or whatever you call it but it seems like its not working.

yea..or walking.
i heard that the fat you burn from walking or running is not as easy to gain back..[not saying thats a fact..just what i've heard]

well leg up's or curl ups or whatever aren't designed to burn the fat off your body. That'll only strengthen your abs and you'll get that 6-pack if that's what you're lookin for, but it'll still be covered by that fat. I know people who do all kinds of ab excercises hoping they'll get that 6 pack, and they do, you can feel it under they're fat.

The fastest way to lose that fat is through aerobic excercise and eating proper. I still gotta learn that *sigh*

Hope that helps, keep up with those leg up's though.

where is that unwanted flabs located on your body? is it just excess body fat your wanting to lose? if it is..one word.. cardio, anything that keeps your heart rate up

like i said previously, if you want to workout and burn off some fats and get rid of your flabs, the most important thing is your dedication. if you don't have the dedicationt to do it, you might as well as quit now.
maybe you can start running first. increase the amounts of curl ups you do. ;]

cardio w/ lifting weights...try running while holding 5lb weights in each hand.
