If you could travel back in time, what time period would you travel to and why?

I would either do that or go back during the Enlightenment period. Make fun of people with Voltaire or something.



If it were with a time machine I'd probably go back to when the machine is being built so I could destroy it and protect the world from being screwed up by people mucking about in time. (unless of couse, if the theory about time travel in the Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy is true because then it wouldn't matter.)

i would go back to 1912. I love their styles and attitudes. the perfect example is in My Fair Lady. It's an extrememly pretty show. you should all watch it! i simply love their clothes tho, they're amazing.

Yes! Now THAT's a sweet idea. I would go there, or the beginning of the earth (if i would not die, hehe these are idealistic travels anyway), the age of the giant mammals (dunno what it's actually called but i saw a special on discovery about it), or see the ages when barbarism took over civilization...sounds really interesting (right before classical era). Or somehow go back in time and see Armegglidon (largest shark to ever live, was bigger than the blue whale and any whale that ever existed, and was a mad predator). That is if i could just go there and not actually be there, like in a safe time capsule haha, cause i wouldn't want to go an interact with the barbarians and such.
