How does this site deal with recruiting mods?

yoo gotz to contact jusun.. PM him if yoo want to modd, and he'll put yoo in a modding position where modding is needed.. and then yoo find out about how to modd from backstage(place where onli modz can go...)

yea. all forums that doesnt have 2 moderators except random thoughts and requests are open. but id prefer that you get atleast 100+ posts before you apply to become a moderator, so i can know that you'll be staying in these forums for sure.
