i only heard the song grindin and it was pretty good.

they started off doing editing and stuff for a lot of the famous people and then they decided to make a group

i always thought grindin was clipse's song

N.E.R.D is tight.
the neptunes are talented producers, and it's nice to see them make their own music, as an acknowledgement of the fusion that's occuring in music now. They are the only american rap/rock group (if you'd call their music that) that I like. It's a hell of a lot better than that whiteboy teen-angst crap. They definitely have the rap/rock groove down. You know they re-recorded their album to have a harder edge to it with a band (spymob) on their label? I think the redone version of their album is a lot better. But it's all good.

i liked NERD's song Lap Dance.. that shit wuz hott... tha onlie thing iz pharrels cool buh wens hes wit the grouup hes soo punked out and wen hes wit neptunes alone hes old school ghetto... i like neptunes better then NERD....

yeah lap dance was cool. and that other song he did (forgot the title) when he was dressed up like a clown and kept talkin about how everyone picks on him cuz he's a... nerd. haha, that was great.
