stress reliever

if you have a car..go to the highest point in your city..or wherever you can get the best view..just sit there..and just relax and chill..or bring a walkman or just sit in your car and listen to music..and just look up at the skies..i know it sounds corny..but you'll feel alot better..trust me

i've done that..its very relaxing..^^ i went there wit my brother i donno maybe he was stressed but we went up there and he was telling me about the stars and stuff. the night sky is so beautiful. hehe

i don't live in the city either..i go up to the mountains that we have here..since its a tour city..i think here..i've seen the most beautiful skies ever..the colors change so frequently..its really pretty..and very serene..

that sounds wonderful...i'll be sure to try that once i can drive...but then there's pollution and street lites and stuff, so i'm never able to see the stars :sad: o well...nite breeze shud do the trick

i live near the airport....
so sometimes i drive to the beach in the airport area and look at the planes......
it's very relaxing too~~~

another way is too SPEED and listen to some loud music!!!
