i could use some input on this...
ok, could some ppl give me some advice on a workout routine that could be done throughout the day/week, throwing in aerobic exercise, and considering that i only have a pair of 15lb dumbbells? i weigh around 130, around 5'7'', and skinny as crap with some fat(muscle?) on my legs........

if you have 15lbs dumbells..you should run with them..it will build your arms and get you conditioned..since you running and running tones your body..since your not doing any large amounts of lifting..i suggest Tae-Bo it is a great aerobic workout..and it is fun as hell..you'll love it
