STDs

Do you think there will be a cure for AIDS or any other STDs in the near future?

By the way, for those of you who don't know STD stands for Sexually Transmitted Disease.

hmm i dink there will b a cure for aids though.. prollie lyke in the later future though. ne1 c the movie called "cure"? its bout these 2 kids and one of em has aids so they go looqing for cures..

they scare me cuz sumtymz u can't tell if pplz have one or not. i hope there will be a cure...AIDS patients hav to suffer a lot :sad:

They're called STI's now... (sexually transmitted infections) I guess because they're not diseases... but they always change the name... blah blah blah...

Umm, that stuff is freaky... That's why I say that people shouldn't have sex until they're married... That way it reduces the chances of getting STI's and at least you know if your partner has STI's...

Not canker sores, are oral Herpes. About 95% of American has its, or will get it sometime in their life time. Its very common.

yes - but those kind of herpes are a different simplex - not the same thing -
std's or whatever are scary - i have a friend that was raped by a black guy here where i live - and the black population has a high rate of herpes - and all the ppl across america have a high percentage of hpv -
man, talk about a hell of time waiting for results - those are both "life sentences"

i hope they find a cure for these things, ya know? still - you can't wish away what you never had so abstinence is a good thing
