does anyone volunteer?

i spent all of my senior year with the red cross =)

i volunteer at the hospital and as a sunday school teacher assistant..

lol i teach preschool kids for sunday school... they are so adorable.... lol...


but the hospital is kinda.. well.... i work in the cardiac wing so it's all the ppl with heart problems and can't get up and wear adult diapers ---- kinda gets you depressed... one time i was filling away papers for this guy and i couldn't find his chart ... so i asked the charge nurse and she said "oh.... oh... he passed on last night"

last summer i volunteered at a mi-gook hak-won as an office person. copying stuff, writing memos/notices, taking phone calls...

this summer i'm volunteering at a city health clinic as a reader to children in the pediatric clinic, part of the Reach Out And Read program that many hospitals across the country are doing. it's rather fun reading to little kids. they're so cute and interactive ^_^
