Check out what I do everyday!
Aite. I just want some opinions about how I work out everyday.
I do this TWICE a day.
15 minutes of running, which is about a mile.
6 sets of 50 situps
6 sets of 25 dips, i don't have da dip bars so i do it on this table, this one is easier than the real dips buh i do more instead
6 sets of 15 pushups.
SO EVERYDAY, i doooo.........
30 minutes of running, or about 2 miles
600 situps
300 dips
180 pushups.
Give me some opinions.
Also, I been doin it for a lil over a month now.

Thats pretty good workout, I do:
1.Wake up at 6 am, do 3 mile run around the neighborhood
2.Punching bag for about 1 hour with 50 lb vest, 10 lb ankle weights, and 3 lb wrist weights.
3. Three sets of benching, 30 times with 50 lb, 20 times with 100, and 10 times with 190.
4.I hang myself upside down and do those upside down crunches.

depends on the training that you do..if you workout..you need to go to you limit..then you should do it every other day..but if you doing like little knick nacs..then you shouldn't be working out at all..if you excersice..push yourself to the limit....

Oh i didnt see the "every day thing" I dont do that everyday, hell no, im too lazy, i do it like 2-3 times a week.

i curl cheeseburgers in my mouth.. 2 sets. around 8 reps
then i run about .001 miles to my bathroom when nature calls.. thats always a challenge cuz my bathroom is wet.
i do about 2 crunches when i tie my shoes
i stretch in the morning.. right after i wake up.. "aaaahhhh *yawn*"
and then the real work out.. the 15 curls i do when i drink ma beer.. sometimes that shit gets heavy.. i drink da forties
