actually, wait, another question::
can anyone tell me if you need an asian version of windows in order to view any asian fonts in windows itself, such as filenames (i dont mean in text documents and such or iexplorer, im fine with those)???

technically...windows is an OS (which sux) which is programmed to a specific country's regional language.

(e.g. -- Korean Windows OS - korean; Chinese Windows OS - Chinese, etc.)

If you have Windows 2000/Windows XP you can view Korean font regardless of whether it's english, french or whatever...

heh. i used XP for a while. it was a little too hmm "childish" decided to go back to Win 2K Pro. I think XP is like a souped up version of 2000 Pro.

yes, i tried it, but they want me to shell out 99 bucks for eight korean fonts, or 15 bucks a font. does neone kno of another place, or could get me fonts in some other way somehow?
