to Krazy gurl: do you mean the square pics (avatars) under the member name and title? You go into your USER CP and then EDIT OPTIONS and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and you'll see a section for AVATARS and click CHANGE AVATAR and the next page is self-explanatary. Good luck!
