Driving with 15 3/4?? Aren't there many accidents?

you can gamble @ 18 in the US, just you can't go into any place that sells alchy on the floor, thus most casinos are off limits.

i have no idea..dey juss changed da law..but i heard dere are certain restrictions..like not being able to drive at night..and u cant drive people around..i dont think those are trOo tho~

I guess 15 is too early. Ok, I don't know how kids are in other countries when they are 15, but if that were here in Germany.......no...... much too much accidents....
They want to change the laws here too. So you are allowed to have drive licence when you're 17. But you are only allowed to drive with an adult and not in the night. So you can make more experiences until you are allowed to drive alone.
Don't know if they'll change it really.

i heard that in france there's no law for smoking and drinking, but i'm not sure...
when i went there were lyk 13 year olds smoking w.out anyone caring and everything but not a lot of pplz smoked..
