peanut butter

hmm...not sure if this goes here...but here goes~
mai mom won't let me eat peanut butter cuz she says it gives u zits is that true?? cuz i read in a magazine that greasy foods dun give u zits...but then that duzn't make sense eithr...so will eating peanut butter reallli give u bad skin? :huh:

i like peanut butter. i dunno if it'll affect your skin or not. it doesn't affect me though

peanut butter is sOo yummy..i havent heard anything bout it givin u zits...but dis guy i knoe sed dat eatin peanut butter will help to make ur hair grow faster .. i dunno if das trOo tho~

uhm...... maybe you could ask for beauty tips in the fashion forum?

but anyway...... greasy foods DO NOT give you zits.... not unless you rub the grease all over your face... which will just clog pores ... which will give you zits.... zits are hormonal..... so okay it can be affected by the stuff you eat.... but not by that much..... (ps you don't eat water )



oh peanut butter is so yummy.... peanut butter and jelly sandwich with milk... you'll be surprised to know how GOOD that stuff tastes...... have you seen the new like.... diff favored peanut butter? like choco flavored... peanut butter with chunks of jam in it?... that stuff actually tastes good

maaaan i luv peanut butter...but mai mom won't let me eat it i wish she cud get it into her head that it won't give me zits arg i just sneak it on mai bagels and sandwiches...yum

since everyone above cleared up the zit factor of peanut butter...

let me share:
i like to eat peanut butter out of the jar with an ordinary korean silver platted metal spoons and gulp it down with a nice cold glass of milk... :satisfy:
and you know what else is good?
I put this combo together two weeks ago as a midnight snack:
Dip freshly popped Kettle popcorn into peanut butter! and eat! ^_^ sooo good...

peanut butter - one of the many versatile foods.

peanut butter is good to mix in vanilla ice cream
also, chocolate frosting with peanut butter frosting. just mix some softened peanut butter in with the vanilla frosting for a tasty treat.

i have peanut butter mixed with chocolate..u can buy it at stores..its awesome..

i dunno about the zits thing..i think its a lie just like how they told us that turning the fan on in a closed room will kill you..i wonder where they get these stories.
