Ann coulter's going on about Kerry not supporting the war and not supporting the patriot act but isn't he supporting both?

He voted for the war, he voted for, and wrote part of, the Patriot Act.

He does say that the war was fought poorly, and that the Patriot Act might need to be amended.

It is very likely that he will keep America in the war for longer than he says - he says he'll bring the troops back within four years. However, it is difficult to say whether he is saying this just to get elected, or because he truly believes it, since it is very clear that he was pro-war to begin with.
