Accused of Rape

What can someone do if they've been accused of rape... when they didn't do it?

Let's pretend this is how it began.

So, a guy is stupid enough to sleep with his contacts in, so he ripped his contacts out the day after and went blind for a total of three days. During the first day of not being able to see, he stays in his room because he can't do anything. Two girls come in and start touching each other as well as him and gets him hard. They start having sex and he cums into one of the girls.

Two months later, one of the girls show up and says that she's pregnant with his kid. He doesn't know what to do and what to say because he doesn't even know the girl. In fact, he didn't even see the girl when they were having sex.

She says to him that he should meet her parents. He's being a good person and agreeing with what she says because it'd be better off to be cooperative than not. So, a couple days later, he meets her parents.

Her father begins to yell at him after dinner and threatens him. Her father says that he has to marry his daughter and he'll give him what ever it is that he needs or wants. OR... if he doesn't marry his daughter, he's going to suffer...

Suffer... hmm, I'd say perhaps her dad is going to go to the cops and say that she was raped, or somewhere along those lines.

Someone tell me... what can the guy do? What do you do if you're accused of rape but you didn't do it??? Help me.

Get a good lawyer.

:/... There's not much you can really do about it. So you probably shouldn't try to get involved unless you're getting another person to help out this person... Like, for example, get a good lawyer. 'Cause if you're helping out by yourself, you're obviously going to get entangled in this mess. So just get assistance from another person.

well it pretty much sucks for your buddy...

if a girl accuse him of rape, it's pretty much his words against hers...

best case scenario is that he spends tons of money on his lawyers and legal fees and gets acquitted.

worst case scenario is that he gets convicted and spend jail time getting pumped in the ass by some 300 lb black guys.


On a positive note. at least he did something that not a lot of guys get the chance to do...he got a threesome with two girls. heh
