I think that anger can relieve stress but my mom says that it's not the proper solution. She says that if I get angry and yell and stuff it won't release stress. She also says that if I do that it may lead to drinking.

She said that getting angry would raise the level of adrenaline which is bad and would make the situation worse.

Seriously, can yelling and beating inanimate objects lead to alcoholism?

... im drinkin alchohol right now! j/k
