probably precum, if ur hard and it leaks and it looks like a little bit of cum, then its pre cum and yeah it can get her pregnant. thats why condoms are always necessary lol my bf says hes not stupid and can pull out on time and i trust him but i still make him wear a condom exactly cuza pre cum
