i lost 5 lbs this week.. and a total of 8 lbs this whole marching season.. now i'm at my dream weight ..
but actually i'm not that happy.. i'm kinda scared.. cuz i've been skipping meals a lot.. since i have practice and stuff.. and the onlie days i come directly home is monday.. i usually dun get a chance to eat lunch.. and i dun eat at school so yeaa. and when i get home i'm too tired and my appetite isn't that big.. so i don't eat a big dinner. and i noticed that i'm getting really tired easily now =X .. erkk.. that's badd >___________<;;
hehe good job on the weight loss but if its because your enot eating then thats bad. you shouldnt do that for a long time cause then your stomach adjusts to it and the overall effects on your body are pretty dangerous
