Q-cup

i went there for the first time today.. the place is soo colorful! hehe. its kinda expensive thoee.. everything is like 5 dollars and up.. but then they come in pretty big sizes.. so its all good :] .. i always thought q-cup was noodle related! LoL.

what kind of establishment is it?
