I'm voting no on recall... Davis was voted in and we should live with it. Oh he's not doing a good job? TOUGH. Apparently a whole bunch of people thought he would be qualified enough. if you want to play the "but he didn't get voted in by majority" card then think of this: you choose to recall.. then the next governer could be voted in with less than 15%. now does that seem like more of a "majority" to you?

If you start trying to climb over the political system... it will only get worse and worse (the inevitable of course but.. why try to force it in this way). If you're going to recall davis... why not go ahead and recall bush?

BAH.. it's not like he has FOREVER left anyway. This is such a waste of everything. Let me reiterate. By the process of voting for your representative, democracy, davis was chosen. Therefore i think we should live with our decision. it's the american way. LMFAO.... HAHAHAHAH.

but it doesn't matter WHAT i say will it??? It doesn't even matter who i vote for.. arnold will win because.... americans are dumb... california is dumb... haha one of the worst public education in the country.

yah i wouldnt vote for arnold in the beginning but then we had to do this report snd me and my group members picked arnold and after doing it, it changed my mind about him.. everyone thinks he just a stupid bodybuilder but u also have to put it this way.. why would he give up his movie career for government.. he makes so much money why throw it all anyways and run of governor since they dont make much.. and also hes pretty smart because he came to america without knowing english or anything and he learned english all by himself... i also believe that i rather have someone else as governor then david... well this is only my opinions so yah... thats what i think...

i think youre forgetting something really really important to what this country was built upon and that is that the people have the right to replace the government if they feel that whoevers running it is not doing a good job.
so instead of having to live with it, even though it may not be a long time like you said, we wont have to cause we can replace him.

i suggest you go bone up on your history. the people don't necessarily have the "right to replace the governemnt".... but what they DO have is the right to choose who represents them. And the people chose Davis first and foremost. You can't take someone out of office just because you don't like some of the decisions they make, otherwise we would have taken so many presidents and etc out of office. Politics is corrupt and does not always go in the direction you want. That doesn't mean you immediently take someone out of office. Maybe if he did something illegal.. AHEM LIKE ARNOLD MIGHT HAVE DONE... then there would be grounds for recall. But this is just childish "i don't like what davis is doing so lets get rid of him!". If davis gets recalled...some sort of stability in government is lost with him. Now everyone the people might not like even a little bit could be impeached/recalled.

well i had a long talk with my history teacher... and manipulation of the dec of independence does not apply. (ie "of these ends" it all depends on how you interepret the dec of independence. you can go about interpreting it loosely or strict word for word.)

either way. he was voted in. he was doing his job to (hopefully) the best of his ability. things just sucked while he was in office. Alright so I THINK bush is being destructive. lets get rid of him next. -_-

but it doesn't really matter anyway does it... because yes arnold won.... we all knew it..... why did anyone even try. *sigh* maybe i should apply to some out of state colleges... haha -___-
