nah, IMO its not that big a deal.
[edit] now that i've read up on the situation a little more, i'm switching to the 'yes' side- not for idealogical reasons, but for the simple reason that a higher court and several other district judges have overruled his decision and have ordered the monument to be removed. A overrulling, which of course, is being defied by that particular judge and a small gathering of people. As a judge, he is undermining the entire justice system by flaunting the law- it is his job. To uphold the decrees of the judicial system (whether correct or not) should be his duty, and if he does not agree, he should not be out (as the O'reilly factor calls it) "rabble-rousing" but rather, he should be submitting his disapproval in a legal manner, by sending in an appeal.

I do, however, support the separation of the church (in particular, the christian faiths) and state. That which is secular, should remain secular and not be touched by sacred factions. While this country may have used the bible etc. I believe it is time we make the leap into the modern era of political correctness and awareness for diversity and make our laws completely political both in mind and name. I think a quote from the Boondock Saints (awesome movie) would work well here: "Do not kill. Do not rape. Do not steal. These are principles which every man of every faith can embrace"

lol i don't see the point but i don't play cs anyways haha. Crimes in games are not real crimes- though most of the general CS population tends to react to them as though they were
Anyhow my emphasis was on the latter part of the quote with the "every faith" bit.
