enabling bunny hop

i wanna create a server on counter-strike but then i want to enable the bunny hop. i know i have to dl a mod but i have no clue on how to enable it.
im computer retarded so if someone knows .. would you care to go step by step on how i would be able to do this. thanks.

let's all play tactical ops you can bunny hop there and it basically is the same thing as cs

playing by urself is pointless now
with friends or clan is fun
