What are special nicknames you give to your boyfriend or girlfriend?

for an example: a girl calling her boyfriend "buttmunch" or "shnookums"

special nicknames...does 'baby' count?

um, my boyfriend and i are stupid/stupider.. haha, honestly that's wut people call us.. i call him loser, stupid, tomatoe head.. heh and he is refered to as teddy bear. but he isn't much for nicknames, when i call him deary (like when i'm 'trying' to piss him off or nicely ask him to do something for me) he gets mad, but like cute mad, awh, so funny.. our nick names r super harsh, but they r said in a 'cute' fashion...

Well at least nobody uses extremely mean ones.
Such as Special Needs or Especial Necessito. (I‘m not sure of the spelling for the second one)
