Check link. It gives you tons of insight on how his car was built, trust me, it was an "interesting" experience.

i have the copy of SCC with the USCC. I dont remember this specific supra turbo being there. did it have a different paint job at that time?

Yup.

That whole event went down pretty bad. Lots of problems. Overheating, fuel leaks, name it. He actually made 100rwhp less than normal. And not to mention, they messed up while dialing in his suspension which resulted in a very bad skid pad result. Still, I cant wait for this years comp.

sweet. cant wait. i was reading scc and saw some of the people trying out for a spot on uscc. i saw some really nice cars. btw, the datsun in last years uscc was amazing. that thing is a beast.

Funny thing was, the most eye-opening car there was the Viper. It was one of the most throughly built cars I have ever seen, and that the driver was a god behind that steering wheel.
