PIAA Super White Bulbs

can I just use the PIAA Super White 9005 60 watt bulb and PIAA Super White 9006 51 watt bulb in my high and low beams or do I have to upgrade my whole lighting system?

are these bulbs only for HID?

I think these are 3800 bulbs..not sure tho

bulbs are bulbs...you should be able to use them..check your car manual
