Holes

I don't think it came out yet. But many of my friend said the book was very good. I might see the movie.

yea.. wuts it about? i never read the book before.. but i heard its really good.

edit: here's the summary from yahoo.movies

A teenager, Stanley Yelnats (La Beouf), sent to Camp Green Lake, a Texas detention camp, for a crime (stealing a pair of sneakers) he didn't commit. There, he and the other boys are forced by the warden (Weaver), a fiery woman who paints her nails with snake venom, to dig holes as something of a "character-building experience." Each day, each boy must dig a hole five feet deep and wide, in the long-dry rock that was once the bottom of Green Lake.

the book was really, really good. i think it won the newbery medal for children's books. i'm really looking forward to the movie. i think it should be pretty accurate, since i read on EW that the author (louis sachar) wrote the screenplay and was on set during the filming.
