He Was Too Smart So He Got Fired

my school is ridiculous..last year there was a new Physics teacher who came in from Austria..turned out he was also an ex-rocket scientist who proved one of our physics labs wrong..sumthing happened and then they fired him cuz he was "over-qualified" and now he's stuck at some crappy ass school where the kids probably dont even know how to spell physics..

iono wut the hell is wrong with the admins at my school

smart teachers dont drone on about bullshit for 45 minutes and overprepare you for some test that your already overqualified for. schools cant have that.

I got shot down while proving my math teacher wrong. It happens to everyone. You have evidence and can prove the teacher wrong, you're going down.

If this is the case with students, why not teachers then?

damn they should have been honored to have someone like that at their school..i would do anything to be in that class..haha maybe he was playing a prank with his other physics geniuses working at a public high school...ok im an idiot

well u have to also understand.. professionals do not always make good teachers..

for example.. in my school we have instructors who have worked on feature films, documentaries, wrote sitcoms and other respectable jobs.. hell my lighting teacher was a producer for dawsons creek. so nobody is questioning their work experience.. as for teaching what they know? ehhhhhhhh..... some of them lack majorly. especially since this is a post high school institution where you expect that level of learning experience. i guess that masters and doctorate actually do help.
