Seraw VS. Tom Metzger trials

I can't start my intorduction :(

Do you think Tom Metzger be found liable in the murder of a young Ethiopian immigrant for encouraging hatred toward other races through his speedch or is he protected under the first amendment? why?

errr........i have no idea who dis is......buh if dis is in america, i dink as long as he doesnt advocate violent actions, his hate speeches are legal.....

now.....while it may be morally wrong for me to do so..........i do believe that he can say wat he wantz to say....

it can be argued either way. on one side, he's protected by the first amendment, but on the other, what he's doing is harmful to others. there are times when some individual rights can be limited if they're harmful to others (i.e. speed limits) but, there has to be solid proof that there is a direct relationship between what he's advocating and what happens because of it. personalli, tho, i think people like that shud be locked up
