its a hardware review part (computer parts and etc.)
everyone in the tech world pretty much knows toms hardware for their unbiased reviews. i always go there to check reviews for parts before making a purchase.

for those of you know tomshardware...

i love how they do that crazy overclocking. man what was it last time? 4 gigahertz with some kind of liquid cooling.
