Socratic seminars, are they cool or just a scam?

Posted by krnxswat on 05-28-2003 04:28 AM:

We did it during my English class today. It's pretty cool I guess, getting to share and listen to other people's ideas and beliefs.

i relaly do not like questions like that.

Advocate poststructuralism and refuse to define it. or advocate structuralism and define it according to the polar opposite straying far from specifics. Or, just advocate both! Hah!

understood. I was doing the same thing actually as well. Saying how it wasn't going to become one because there wasn't any substance for it to spring from.
