yea it works with aim+ i was using aim+on it when i have the time imma post the stuff on how to do it

(Be sure ur AIM is closed before doing this)

ok this is how u can change the pix for AIM.

1st u go dl this program

http://delphi.icm.edu.pl/ftp/tools/ResHack.zip

2nd u a get favorite u have and resize it to be 190x150

3rd be should it is GIF. format that is very important.

4th u open the ResHack (be should to extract it 1st) then go to File... then Open...then go to C:... to Program file...find AIM95...find AimRes.dll...2x click...then GIFDATA...103...1033...(do u see the aim start up pix?)....on the top on the window there is Action...then go to Replace other Resource...then click on Open file with new resource...find ur pix thats in GIF. format....then fill this in for the boxes

Resource Type: GIFDATA
Resource Name: 103
Resource Language: 1033

ok after that Replace then go to File and Save then ur done

(note) if it doesnt work restart ur AIM by just exiting AIM and signing on again it should work

since some AIM ver might not work u might need to dl this AIM ver http://ftp.newaol.com/aim/win95/Ins...IM_4.8.2790.exe

(dont worry its not the newest ver because the new ver sucks)

if u can't find aimres.dll (iono why res hacker can't see it, its not hidden) but... just type in aimres.dll in the typing window..
instead of clicking on it. cuz its there just not visible~

nice but u should change the bg color to white and the top part where it says SIGN ON white too mines light blue to white faded and my desktop is all light blue its tight
