how do you get the flub under yur arm to stop jiggling?

i wanna tone the flub under my arm cuz it jiggles so much and its so soft ...

dont tell me to do push ups cuz i know it will tone it .. but it will also decrease my boob size !! IM ASIAN!! .. i can't spare any boob cuz i hardly got any -_-

what type of arm exercises can i do?

stop waving your arms.

if you are referring to the tricep area... then i suggest any type of resistence exercise that focus's on that primary area.. pushups and benchpress's exercise the tricep but it's only secondary to the chest so i suggest you forget that. try a routine that will tone instead of adding mass.

when i did my triceps i did it on this one machine where instead of pulling up like you do when your doing biceps you push down kinda..another way i see other people doing is like hold a weight behind their back and pull it up toward the ceiling..

run and burn the fat, also use dumbells, instead of curling flip ur hand so that ur knuckles are facing you, extend ur arm down, and bend ur elbow so that ur knuckles reach 2 inches away from ur shoulder, keep repeating, but use light weights so that flab doesnt get all big and muscular

instead of two, it should be more like 6-8 inches.

no wayy!! i got no coordination!!!

well .. i been doing this arm exercise routine ... im getting more definition ... but it's still not stopping the flub from jiggling .. -_-

try putting your hands on the edge of a table, with your arms straight to your shoulders, then extend your legs out and just dip your body then push back up with your arms. those work pretty well.

run it off... it might not work but it can. Another way it dancing, sothing that consistes of ur body and not just ur legs, makes it funner. Raving is also will help tone ur arms if your looking for a fun way to burn of some arm fatz.

i herd if yu keep your arms out in front of you and you wave it as if you are aying "hi", yu lose the fat but yu need to do it fer a long time..... its hurts after like the first minute thou..

extend your arms fully out either infront of you or out to the sides keeping your hands straight as well and start shaking for 10 minutes. [this lady was explaining on an mbc show] do this in the morning and before you go to sleep everyday.

go work out
go learn karate
go learn kung fu
they all help
but you gota go and actually "do" something

push ups are great since they work out everything
all you need to do is like, 10, 20, 30 a day or something
in a long run you'll get leaner

get dat abtronic thingy, 600 situps in like 10 minutes.. ud be watching t.v and turnin that stomach into abs~!

yea my aunt bought one of those things .. and it was like sucha bitch just trying to return it for a full refund .. like .. it took forever to get thru email and getting thru on the phone ...

not really worth the money ... i'd just rather sweat it out ... ( egh .. grueling ) >.<
