Night

i dunno why i wrote this... i was jus alittle sad at the time.. which is now...

i hear the train steaming
whenever i see my friends my heart starts warming
the city begins gleaming
i wont take the train wherever its going

i hear them calling
there is a slight whisper
i slowly begin falling
i begin to see crisper

i just want to shout
i need to leave
i just wonder when it comes out
ripped is my sleeve

i feel no safety
mabe its jus me
but mainly
i need the key

i'm going to cry
but i must be tough
i just want him to say hi
i want to pull on your cuff

please dont tell me its the end
i dont want it to be this way
i can see the stars bend
i dont want to be clay

i can see the stars
in the blue sky tonight
i can hear the cars
i dont want to fight

i love you much
why dont you care?
i want to touch
you're no fair

i think about you all the time
boy, you got me hypnotized
you think my love is a lime
you jus tell your friends that i tripped and died

i should let you go
but its too hard for me
im going to let myself flow
i start to see

i dont even know you
im beginning to move on
you'll just wonder who
i should start to act upon
