about banners

How do you upload a banner? I need the exact steps to upload a banner. Please help!

well, do you have a banner in mind? cuz if you do, you first copy and paste the url of the banner and then you put {img}url of banner goes here{/img} but change the { and } to [ and ]

if you're more confused than that, can you please specify a little?

and if it's a banner you made, do you have a site where you can upload the banner? like try http://www.homestead.com or http://www.doramail.com

click on my profile

then click edit profile
scroll down, you should see a box where you can edit text to add text/images to your signature.

if the banner is already uploaded at a site add this text to the box:

(img)http://theaddressoftheimagehere(img)

replace ( ) 's with [ ]
make sure there aren't any spaces between [img] and the address. to find out what the address of an image is, right click and go to properties. it should tell you the address of the image.

if the image isnt already at a site, you're going to upload it to a server of your own. like gina said, homestead or doramail is helpful. [:

usually those kinds of servers/sites have a file manager. you click upload and it should show something where u click browse. then you choose the file u want to upload and click upload! something like that (: if you need more help pm me or jusun.
